We use no analytics or advertising tools, do not build profiles and do not sell or share data with third parties.
3. Retention
- Subscription: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
- Contact: as long as needed to deal with your message and at most 12 months after the last exchange.
4. Providers processing data on our behalf
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and storage of subscriptions and messages. This may involve transfers to the US, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- FormSubmit — forwarding contact form messages to our email.
- Zoho Corporation B.V. — email (EU data centres).
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@torresmolinacapital.com. To unsubscribe from the daily letter, just send an email with the subject “Unsubscribe”. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Children
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to data and data minimisation.
